Disconnect an account
You can revoke our access at any time from Google Ads or Meta Business settings. We stop syncing immediately and the stored credential becomes unusable.
Request deletion
Email [privacy contact] from the address you sign in with, and say which organisation or accounts to delete. We confirm receipt within [n] business days.
What is deleted
Stored credentials, synced advertising data, findings, proposals and user accounts for your organisation. Audit records may be retained where the law requires, for [period].
Timing
Deletion is completed within [n] days of a verified request, and removed from backups within [backup retention period].
