What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, organisation); data from advertising accounts you connect (account, campaign and performance data); and records of what users do in the service, kept for security and audit.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: showing your data, computing findings, drafting and executing approved changes, sending the emails you receive, and keeping the service secure.
AI processing
To answer questions and draft suggestions, aggregated performance figures are sent to an AI provider ([provider name]). Campaign names and ad text are not sent. Provider terms: [link].
Google user data
Dilltik's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run the service ([hosting], [email provider], [AI provider]) under written agreements, or where the law requires.
Security
Credentials for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Each organisation's data is isolated at the database level. Access is logged.
Retention
